"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?'
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so small that others won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in us, it's in everyone. As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
A Return to Love
by Marianne Williamson
This excerpt exquisitely expresses my reason for coaching.

Do What You Love.
Experiment. Try stuff. Lean into what intrigues you. Don't be afraid to make a mistake or be a beginner. Be fearless.
Love What You Do.
Do it wholeheartedly. If you choose to do something don't hold back. Be fully committed. Don't sit on the fence or be blase. Go for it.
Stop Doing What You Hate
If it makes you feel sick to your stomach and you dread it. STOP! You are the only one who is making you do this. It is your choice. Choose it with conscious intention, or stop.
