Inner Whizdom

I was writing copy at an ad agency when the first Mac came out– “The computer for the rest of us.” I knew instantly that I couldn’t touch one because if I did I would have to own it. (And I couldn’t afford it).

I got my first Mac, an SE, in 1987. It had a 20 mb hard drive and cost $2300. I still have the giant carrying case I bought for it.

Thank you Steve Jobs and all of the creative people who gave us these magnificent machines.
